Return And Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:
Since we deal in custom packaging products, all orders are specifically designed and printed based on customer requirements. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer partial or full refunds once the order has been processed and shipped.

Reprint Policy:
In case of defective printing, incorrect design execution, or damage caused during production, we offer a free reprint of the same order. To qualify for a reprint, the customer must report the issue within 3 business days of receiving the product and provide clear photo evidence of the defect. At least 99% of the product must be returned in its original packaging which would be customer’s responsibility to be eligible for reprint within 10-12 business days.

Refunds:
Please note that we do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Our solution for any printing or production error is reprinting the order at no extra cost. For rush orders we can offer only 50% refund of the order amount if the timeline doesn’t meet. Shipping fees, rush order charges, and design services remain non-refundable.

Order Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled before the production process begins. Once an order has been sent to production, it cannot be canceled.

Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all order details, artwork, and proofs before approving the final design. Once approved, we will not be liable for spelling errors, wrong colors, or design mistakes overlooked by the customer.

Return Policy
